Use of the service

Freqo provides AI-powered practice calls, scenarios, personas, transcripts, and coaching reports for business training. You are responsible for how your team uses the service and any content you submit.

Accounts and teams

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and ensure invited team members use Freqo under your organization policies.

Customer content

You retain ownership of your scenarios, personas, uploaded materials, transcripts, and team content. You grant Freqo the rights needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use Freqo to submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or train users to mislead prospects or candidates.

Plans and billing

Paid plans, usage limits, run volume, overages, renewals, and support terms are governed by the plan selected or any written agreement with Freqo.
